Each of these are essential to my life, my heartbeat, breathing, prayer, laughter, and tears. I do not know how much of each are required to sustain me, but I know they are necessary for my life.
In the morning when I wake up I am grateful for each heartbeat that it took to keep me through the night and bring me to a new day. In darkness I take several deep breaths and allow the air to fill my lungs and clear my mind. In silence I pray and have my conversation with God. Throughout the day I experience laughter that heals me and tears of joy and or sadness that cleanse me.
